Mike Buldra, director of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Education Program and EMS instructor at ENMU-Roswell, was recognized earlier this month at the 2008 Statewide EMS Conference in Albuquerque. Buldra received the Robert Sabin Memorial Award for his dedicated, long-term, and exemplary service to the EMS profession. Buldra moved from Arizona to New Mexico in 1989 and under his guidance, the EMS Program at ENMU-Roswell has grown to provide progressive and high quality education.
